Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager for a contract-based position (120 days) to manage Interior Fit-Out works, specifically in Corporate and Hospitality projects. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in interior execution, strong site coordination capabilities, and the ability to manage timelines under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Execution & Site Management:
• Oversee day-to-day on-site activities and ensure smooth execution of interior fit-out works.
• Ensure timelines, quality, and specifications are met as per project requirements.
• Documentation & Reporting:
• Prepare daily work reports, material movement logs, and progress updates.
• Maintain proper documentation and reporting to senior management.
• Client Coordination:
• Act as a liaison between clients, consultants, and the site team.
• Manage approvals, updates, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
• Vendor & Workforce Management:
• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers for timely deliveries and execution.
• Monitor resource efficiency and ensure work is done as per plan.
• On-Site Problem Solving & Safety:
• Identify site issues proactively and provide quick, practical solutions.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and maintain proper site decorum.
• Timely Delivery:
• Plan and ensure project completion well within the 120-day contract period.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Interior Fit-Out Projects (Corporate / Hospitality).
• In-depth knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and finishes.
• Strong leadership, documentation, and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; working knowledge of AutoCAD preferred.
• Ability to handle pressure and multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

Additional Information:

• This is a contractual role for 120 days, non-extendable unless specified by the management.
• Accommodation will be provided by the company.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
• Full-time, on-site presence is mandatory throughout the contract period.
