🎯 We're Hiring: Jr. Performance Marketing Executive (D2C/ e-commerce)

💰 Salary: ₹30,000–35,000/month

1. Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) Management:

• Plan, run, and optimize awareness, retargeting, and lead generation campaigns for B2B and B2C audiences.
• Review campaign performance, ROAS, and ad budgets on a weekly basis.
• Manage and upload creatives, UGC, and vertical videos for campaigns.

2. Google Ads Management:

• Launch and optimize YouTube Shorts/Reels campaigns.
• Run Google PMax and Search ads for multiple brands.

3. Marketing Automation and Analytics:

• Ensure accurate tracking via Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Pixels.
•  Build automation flows for WhatsApp Marketing.
• Analyze and optimize product feedback.
