Jr. Operations Assistant

As a Jr. Operations Assistant at LILO (LIVELOCAL E-COMM PRIVATE LIMITED), a rapidly growing e-commerce platform in Trivandrum, your role will involve working closely with the Operations Assistant to ensure the smooth functioning of company kiosks. Here's what will be expected from you: Key Responsibilities: - Assist in managing the daily operations of company kiosks in Trivandrum. - Assign duties and schedules for delivery boys at various kiosk locations. - Support in the recruitment and onboarding of delivery personnel. - Monitor delivery boys and kiosk coordinators to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries. - Coordinate with the Finance Team for daily reconciliation and report submission. - Resolve operational issues and ensure order flow at kiosk locations. - Make daily customer calls to encourage order placements and ensure customer satisfaction. - Step in to deliver customer orders personally when required. - Maintain reports on daily operational activities, attendance, and performance metrics. - Ensure adherence to company policies, customer satisfaction standards, and operational timelines. Requirements: - Qualification: Plus Two or above. - Experience: 0 to 6 months in operations, logistics, or related fields (freshers can apply). - Skills required: Basic computer knowledge, good communication skills, knowledge of local areas in Trivandrum, ability to multitask, handle pressure, and willingness to travel across kiosk locations.
