Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Jr. Operations Assistant to support data management and reporting activities for our Korean restaurant chain. The role involves managing backend systems, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, and contributing to the efficiency of operational processes. Ideal candidates will have strong analytical skills, a good grasp of MIS tools, and an understanding of restaurant or retail operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and maintain operational reports related to inventory, sales, and supply chain.
• Manage backend data systems to ensure data integrity and real-time availability.
• Coordinate with restaurant outlets to collect and consolidate daily reports.
• Assist in analyzing data trends to support inventory planning and staffing decisions.
• Ensure regular and timely MIS reporting to management.
• Maintain proper documentation and update data records as required.
• Troubleshoot data discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
• Support implementation of new backend processes or systems.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic knowledge of database tools.
• Experience with restaurant POS systems and backend inventory tools is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
