Job Description

Job Summary:

Assist the merchandising team in handling product development, sampling, order follow-up, and coordination with suppliers and buyers to ensure timely execution of orders as per quality and delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Support in product development and sampling processes.
Coordinate with buyers for product details, approvals, and feedback.
Communicate with suppliers and vendors for trims, fabrics, and accessories.
Follow up on order status, production progress, and shipment schedules.
Prepare and maintain order sheets, costing sheets, and tracking reports.
Assist in ensuring product quality, specifications, and delivery timelines are met.
Work closely with the production and quality teams to resolve issues.
Maintain documentation and files related to orders, correspondence, and approvals.
Support merchandising team in day-to-day operational activities

Key Skills & Competencies:

Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of fabrics, trims, and garment production processes.
Strong follow-up and documentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and email communication.
Team player with attention to detail.
