Jr. MEP Engineer

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior MEP Engineer to join our technical team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in the construction and real estate industry. The selected candidate will assist in the design, coordination, and execution of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the senior MEP team in reviewing architectural and structural drawings to incorporate MEP systems appropriately.
• Assist in the preparation of shop drawings, BOQs, and technical submittals.
• Participate in site inspections and supervision of MEP installations to ensure compliance with design, safety standards, and project timelines.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and vendors for timely execution of works.
• Maintain documentation of MEP-related site activities, equipment logs, and inspection reports.
• Learn and implement MEP codes, standards (e.g., IS, NBC, IEC), and quality control processes.
• Aid in testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
• Stay updated with the latest materials, technologies, and practices in the MEP domain.
