Job Description

We are seeking an Interior Designer to lead concept development, prepare detailed drawings, coordinate with vendors and project teams, and ensure smooth execution of interior design projects. The role involves creating design schemes, selecting materials and FF&E, reviewing shop drawings, and managing project estimates and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead design development aligned with client preferences and project goals.
Create interior design schemes including space planning, color palettes, and material selections.
Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and elevations using industry-standard software.
Collaborate with architects and design professionals for integrated project documentation.
Coordinate with vendors to source and procure materials, furniture, and fixtures.
Review and approve shop drawings to ensure alignment with design intent.
Develop and communicate specifications for construction and installation.
Prepare project cost estimates, quotes, and assist in budget management.
Manage selection of furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E).
Stay updated on design trends, materials, and product innovations.
