Role Overview
We’re seeking a Junior Graphic Designer Intern with strong creative instincts and a passion for design. You’ll collaborate with our growing team to create compelling visuals for digital, social, print, and packaging projects. Key Responsibilities

• Design creative marketing materials for digital campaigns, print collateral, packaging, and branding assets while maintaining a consistent brand identity.
• Support multiple product brands by developing eye-catching layouts, concepts, and artwork.
• Prepare and present design ideas using presentations, mood boards, and layout mockups.
• Research current design trends and visual innovations to develop fresh creative ideas.
• Contribute to social media and digital campaigns through engaging design and visual storytelling.
• Manage and organize creative files, assist in catalog development, and maintain the G-Suite design library.
• Transform hand-drawn sketches into polished digital designs and illustrations.
• Stay updated with the newest AI tools and design technologies to streamline workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or any creative discipline.
• 0–1 year of professional design experience or a strong internship/portfolio demonstrating creative potential.
• Sound understanding of color theory, typography, composition, and design principles.
• Basic exposure to web/UI design is a plus.
• Knowledge of video editing or motion graphics tools will be an added advantage.
• Awareness of creative KPIs / performance metrics is preferred.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and Figma.
• Familiarity with AI-based design tools.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities.
• A proactive attitude, creativity, and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work well both independently and collaboratively.
• Passionate, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a dynamic creative setup.
