As a Jr Graphic Designer / Illustrator at Studio 318, a strategy-led design studio in Hyderabad, you will play a crucial role in creating cohesive brand ecosystems that resonate with target audiences across various business touchpoints. Your designs will be aesthetic, people-driven, and authentic, reflecting our commitment to design thinking and value-based branding. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting in conducting client and internal workshops, creating research frameworks, and aligning research with project objectives. - Developing visual and communication strategies, researching visual design trends, and coordinating project timelines with stakeholders. - Analyzing user research insights and ideating original designs for print and social media using human-centered design techniques. - Translating client requirements and technical needs into engaging designs, conceptualizing visual languages, and providing creative guidance for information design. - Ensuring branding solutions reflect developed strategies and responding positively to stakeholder feedback throughout the project lifecycle. - Designing social media posts, managing post schedules, planning and executing social media ads, and assisting in developing print and digital marketing collateral. - Conceptualizing, preparing, correcting, and executing photoshoots and product shoots, as well as assisting with print or packaging needs for projects. - Conducting rapid prototyping of materials and finishes, coordinating with project stakeholders, and serving as a contact person for vendors.
