Jr Graphic Designer

You will be responsible for the following tasks in the role of a Junior Graphic Designer at Tempest Advertising: - Designing digital creatives such as social media posts, web banners, emailers, and digital ads. - Developing print collaterals like brochures, posters, and outdoor communication. - Creating visually impactful pitch decks and client presentations. - Collaborating with the creative and client servicing teams to deliver high-quality campaign assets. - Ensuring visual and brand consistency across all design deliverables. - Staying updated with new design trends, tools, and best practices to enhance the quality of output. To qualify for this position, you should have the following qualifications and skills: - Bachelors degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related discipline. - 2-3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in an agency. - A strong portfolio demonstrating digital and print work. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; knowledge of After Effects is a plus). - Good understanding of typography, color theory, grid systems, and layout design. - Ability to create polished, visually engaging pitch decks using PowerPoint/Keynote/Google Slides. - Must possess creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to consistently meet deadlines.
