As a Junior Graphic Designer/Illustrator at Studio 318, you will play a crucial role in creating visually appealing designs and illustrations for various projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting research by creating, facilitating, and participating in client and internal workshops. - Developing frameworks for research and positioning methods. - Aligning research with project objectives and coordinating technical quality requirements and printing deadlines to ensure timely deliverables. - Creating visual and communication strategies for assigned projects. - Staying updated with the latest visual design trends, standards, and changes. - Collaborating with stakeholders to establish project timelines. - Ensuring production schedules adhere to agreed timelines. - Analyzing user research insights such as personas, archetypes, customer journey maps, and mental models. You will also be responsible for: - Using human-centered design techniques to produce original designs for print and social media. - Translating client business requirements and user needs into visually appealing designs. - Conceptualizing a visual language for projects and providing creative guidance for information design and visualization. - Working closely with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle and incorporating feedback effectively. - Designing social media posts and ensuring timely posting according to the schedule. - Planning and executing ads for social media. - Assisting in the development of print and digital marketing collateral. - Conceptualizing, preparing, and executing photoshoots and product shoots.
