Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of FlutterFlow developers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of projects
Develop and maintain mobile applications using FlutterFlow, from concept to deployment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and backend developers, to ensure seamless integration and functionality of the applications
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in FlutterFlow and mobile app development, and implement best practices and standards
Troubleshoot and debug any technical issues that may arise during the development process
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
Mentor and train junior developers to improve their skills and knowledge in FlutterFlow
Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders and provide recommendations for improvements and optimizations

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in mobile application development, with at least 2 years in FlutterFlow
Proven experience in leading and managing a team of developers
Strong knowledge of FlutterFlow and its features, including creating custom widgets, animations, and integrating third-party libraries
Experience with iOS and Android app development, as well as RESTful APIs and JSON
Proficient in programming languages such as Dart, JavaScript, and Swift/Java
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as JIRA or Trello
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Good communication and interpersonal skills
