Job Description

Should have a Sound knowledge of NBC 2016, IS code, NFPA, Factories act and TNCDBR 2019.
Should have sound knowledge of PEB Structures and project design of industrial buildings.
Organizing design and drawings with consultant for approval.
Supervise and monitor all construction works to ensure the progress of construction as per drawing and other relevant documents.
Monitor and maintain the quality of construction work as per design specifications.
Preparing estimates, checking requisition lists, ensuring quantity & quality, and stock control.
Prepared Estimation of Materials & BOQ as per drawing.
Prepare Measurement details & other site-related documentation and check the contractor`s Running bill.
Must take responsibility to solve all the site-related issues after coordinating with appropriate authorities.
Maintain and enforce good construction standards and quality control.
Managing the activities as per scheduled time.
Managing the cost as per planned budget.
Preparation of shop drawings.
Supervise and monitor all construction works to ensure the progress of construction as per drawing and other relevant documents.

Expertise in AutoCAD
Prepared Estimation of Materials & BOQ as per drawing.
Prepare Measurement details & other site-related documentation and check the contractor`s Running bill.
Must take responsibility to solve all the site-related issues after coordinating with your project In charge.
