Jr. Engineer (Sales & Marketing)

As a Junior Engineer/Coordinator in Sales & Marketing, you will be responsible for assisting the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales documentation. Your role will involve coordinating customer inquiries, follow-ups, and order processing to ensure timely delivery. It is essential to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer details, and order status. To excel in this position, you should possess good communication and interpersonal skills. You must be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking effectively. A willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic sales environment is crucial. Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required, while knowledge of SAP or CRM systems will be considered a plus. Collaboration with production, logistics, and finance departments to facilitate smooth order execution is a key aspect of this role. Handling customer queries professionally and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction are essential responsibilities. Additionally, you will be expected to assist in organizing and participating in trade shows, industry events, and promotional activities. Your contribution to the development of marketing materials and campaigns may be needed at times. Supporting team efforts to achieve sales targets and improve overall customer engagement will be part of your daily tasks. This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience in sales support, customer service, or coordination roles.
