As a Junior Engineer/Coordinator in Sales & Marketing, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring efficient coordination to drive business growth. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales documentation. - Coordinating customer inquiries, follow-ups, and order processing to ensure timely delivery. - Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer details, and order status. - Supporting the team in scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and compiling reports. - Liaising with production, logistics, and finance departments to facilitate smooth order execution. - Handling customer queries professionally and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. - Assisting in organizing and participating in trade shows, industry events, and promotional activities. - Contributing to the development of marketing materials and campaigns as needed. - Supporting team efforts to achieve sales targets and improve overall customer engagement. Qualifications required for this role include: - Applicants from Electrical or Mechanical Engineering background, with 0 to 2 years of experience and a Bachelor's Degree. - MBA/PGD in Marketing Management will be an added advantage. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of SAP or CRM systems is a plus.
