Jr. Engineer - Purchase

KRA:

• 1. Timely Planning of Projects based on work order/ Advance action plan.
• 2. Timely release of Indent & PO's against respective documents to concern departments/ Suppliers
• 3. Focus on the zero time errors so that customer and projects are not affected due to delays.
• 4. Ensuring the right quality of products from suppliers.
• 5. Focus on cost reduction
• 6. Ensuring Zero Complaints from internal customers.

Responsibility:Responsible for Procurement/ Sourcing of items independently - Motors, Gearbox, Clutches, Bearing, Belts, Pnuematic elements, Lubrication Items etc. Aso must have knowledge of procurement of Raw Material and consumables for machine shop requirement.Critical & Vital Competency Requirement:

• Selection of Suppliers depending on parts criticality.
• Effective planning skill to match deliveries
• Assessment of the suppliers capability to meet requirement
• Effective time Management to meet common goal
• Appropriate storage of data for fast retrieval for reference( Effective Planning)
• Finding alternate source for healthy competition
• Cost reduction thru innovative / Kaizen methods.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
