Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with industry and company standards
Analyze and interpret quality data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address any issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related problems and drive continuous improvement efforts
Document and maintain accurate records of quality inspections, tests, and audits
Participate in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and practices

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
Knowledge of quality assurance principles, processes, and techniques
Familiarity with aerospace and defense industry standards and regulations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
