Job Description

Junior E-Commerce Executive

Key Responsibilities

Assist in creating, uploading, and maintaining product listings on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.).
Update product descriptions, images, pricing, and stock levels regularly.
Monitor sales performance, customer feedback, and marketplace policies.
Support the team in executing promotional campaigns and discount strategies.
Coordinate with logistics, inventory, and accounts teams for smooth order processing.
Prepare basic sales and performance reports using MS Excel.
Research competitors and suggest improvements for product visibility.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate or Diploma in any discipline (Commerce/Marketing preferred).
02 years of experience in e-commerce operations or a related field (freshers welcome).
Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing.
Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office tools.
