Jr. Digital Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Manage and grow company social media platforms with regular posts, reels, stories, and campaigns
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports
• Handle SEO and SEM activities to increase website traffic and ranking
• Create engaging content for social media, website, emailers, and marketing materials
• Manage online listings, reviews, and brand reputation
• Coordinate with designers to create creatives, banners, ads, and promotional materials
• Run lead-generation campaigns and follow up on the quality of leads
• Stay updated on industry trends, digital tools, and competitor activities
• Execute email marketing campaigns and track performance
• Support sales team with digital strategies to improve reach and conversions

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools & platforms
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Ads Manager, SEO tools
• Creative thinking and content-writing skills
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant field
• Certification in Digital Marketing (preferred but not mandatory)
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing role
