Jr. Digital Marketing Executive

You will be a part of our dynamic marketing team as a Digital Marketing professional, where your role will involve planning and executing various online marketing strategies. Your responsibilities will include designing and maintaining our social media presence, analyzing the performance of digital marketing campaigns, and identifying trends to optimize spend and performance. You will also be tasked with brainstorming growth strategies, conducting experiments, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance user experience. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and execute web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns. - Design and maintain our social media presence. - Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns against goals. - Identify trends and insights to optimize performance. - Brainstorm new growth strategies through digital marketing. - Conduct experiments and conversion tests. - Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience. - Work on Email Marketing and Social Media Marketing. - Collaborate with agencies and vendor partners. - Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership for adoption. Qualifications and Skills: - Ability to create and maintain client relationships. - Self-motivated with a customer-focused approach. - Proficiency in marketing research and statistical analysis. - Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising engaging digital campaigns. Education and Experience: - Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing or a related field. - Proven working experience in digital marketing. - Demonstrable experience in leading and managing various digital marketing campaigns. - Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels. - Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools. - Working knowledge of ad serving tools. - Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on major search engines. This is a full-time position, and we prefer candidates with at least 1 year of total work experience in digital marketing. The work location is in person.,
