Jr. Design Consultant / Design Consultant

As a Junior Design Consultant at NoBroker, you will be part of India's FIRST and ONLY PropTech Unicorn with a disruptive tech-based, capital-efficient business model. Your role will involve interacting with customers to understand their design requirements, collaborating with the sales team to convert leads, and managing projects from start to finish. Here is a breakdown of your responsibilities: - Interact with customers to understand their Design Requirements in detail. - Work closely with the sales team to convert potential leads to happy customers. - Manage the customer's project from start to finish, including preparing 2D-3D designs, presentations, BOQ, and quotes, and assisting with material selection. - Provide design consultation, inform customers about processes & terms followed at NoBroker. - Update customers and management on project status & progress regularly. - Collaborate with merchant and fulfillment teams to ensure timely project delivery and excellent customer experience. - Close deals with customers, with a monthly sales target given. This role is a mix of Design & Sales. Desired Skills and Competencies: - Experience in independently handling interior design projects. - Knowledge of factory-made modular furniture (Kitchens, wardrobes, etc.) and ability to translate customer requirements into 2D & 3D designs using CAD software. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp. - Understanding of engineered wood materials, wood finishes, and hardware used in modular kitchens & wardrobes. - Ability to understand costing for modular furniture, production drawings, BOQs, and Cut lists. - Excellent communication and presentation skills.
