Jr Customer Service Executive

As an operational role at Tata Communications, you will work under direct supervision and be responsible for day-to-day project management operations as per the process. Your main responsibilities will include: - Managing all aspects of project/program management related to the implementation of assigned external customer-facing projects/programs and internal non-customer facing projects/programs. - Conducting project scope analysis, project planning, resource management, vendor/Partner management, network deployment, migration activities, and program monitor and control. - Integrating vendor/partner tasks, tracking and reviewing vendor/partner deliverables. - Providing guidance and expertise in project management using a structured project management methodology to define and carry out business objectives. - Offering technical guidance to the project team, handling issues/risks, and managing deliverables/timelines associated with the project and/or dependent projects. - Acting as the primary point of contact on-site between Customer, Field partner, and offshore project team and leading cross-functional delivery teams to achieve deliverables and business benefits. - Tracking progress against the baseline plan and reporting alerts to the project organization and escalating all issues to management chain when a problem can impact commitments made with a customer. - Ensuring requirements documentation is established upon milestone date, coordinating with respective team/stakeholder if process documentation is needed for the specified project, loading artifacts into Customers systems per established process, and creating and managing a detailed project plan. - Monitoring and controlling the performance and quality of the project to meet the deliverables, holding regular progress & stakeholder meetings, stage review meetings, and closure meetings. - Being ultimately responsible for the successful end-to-end delivery of the project.
