Role & Responsibilities

1) Write It Like You Meme It:

 Craft scroll-stopping hooks, iconic one-liners, and copy that slaps harder than a surprise Marvel cameo. From reels to carousels, you’ll know exactly what works.

2)Pop Culture PhD (Practically):

 Whether it’s Barbie, memes, or Bigg Boss, you’re always on beat with trends. If you can sneak in a subtle tmkoc reference or a Breaking Bad nod into your copy you're already winning.

3)Social Media Deewana:

 Stay updated with algorithmic chaos. You’ll strategize, analyze, and sprinkle some magic dust across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and maybe even Threads if it ever becomes cool.

4) Script Jedi:

 Know how to write short-form video and reel scripts that are sharp, entertaining, and hook within seconds.

5) Copy that Converts & Charms:

 From witty captions to compelling call-to-actions, your words will guide, glide, and never hide. Landing pages, ads, emails you’ll be everywhere like AI memes in 2025.

6) Adapt Like a Chameleon in a GIF Factory:

 This role isn't a one-trick pony. You’ll dabble in brainstorming campaigns, writing blogs, maybe even name a product or two. No two days are alike thankfully.

7) Challenge Accepted:

 Deadlines, briefs, last-minute client curveballs. If chaos fuels your creativity, you’re home.

8) Grow With the Glow:

 You’ll be mentored, celebrated, and sometimes even thrown into the deep end (with floaties, promise). 

What We’re Looking For:

• A wild love for words and a better love for what works.

• Meme-friendliness is not optional.

• 0–2 years of experience in content creation, writing, or social media management.

• Grammar police level attention to detail but with enough chill not to be annoying about it.

• Confidence to pitch weird ideas. Bravery to defend them.
