Jr. Consultant - Real Estate Renting

As a Jr. Consultant in Real Estate Renting at RELOMI, you will be part of a dynamic team based in Hiranandani Gardens, Powai, Mumbai. This full-time position requires your availability from Monday to Saturday, with working hours set from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM. Immediate joining is expected, and prior experience in Real Estate Renting is preferred but not mandatory. Your salary will be as per market practice. RELOMI specializes in providing customized solutions to corporate clients and their employees, focusing on Japanese and non-Japanese corporate clients and expats in India. Our services encompass Real Estate Renting (residential, office), Furniture Rental, Property Management, Visa & Immigration Services, Car Rental, Serviced Apartments, and other related services. Your role as a Consultant will involve handling various day-to-day tasks and operational activities to ensure smooth renting processes. You will coordinate for ongoing renting assignments, manage agreements and documentation with the senior team, handle property set-ups and conditioning, organize utility bills and property handover tasks, troubleshoot post-handover issues, and perform other administrative duties. Additionally, you will assist in apartment repairs and furniture set-up, manage client issues, coordinate with vendors, internal teams, and clients, prepare necessary documents, conduct real-time data entry, and handle various administrative tasks related to client assignments. To excel in this role, a Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory. You must possess strong English communication skills (verbal & written), the ability to prepare various documents, good interpersonal skills, proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor. Collaboration with other departments to ensure smoother operations, maintaining confidentiality, and adherence to company policies and procedures are also key aspects of this role.,
