Job Title: Junior Architect 📍 Location: Hyderabad, India 📅 Type: Full-time 💼 Experience: 0–2 years 🎓 Education: B.Arch (or equivalent) ✨ About the Role We’re looking for a passionate and proactive Junior Architect to join our growing team at Kuro Designs — a startup driven by innovation, design excellence, and real-world impact. This role is ideal for someone eager to handle real projects, learn through execution, and grow into a project lead. Responsibilities : Assist in conceptual design, planning, and development of architecture/interior projects Work on detailed drawings, 3D visuals, presentation decks, and material boards Conduct site visits and coordinate with vendors, clients, and contractors Collaborate on design reviews and actively contribute to project decisions Stay updated with trends, materials, and sustainable practices Requirements : Strong skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and basic rendering tools Good design sense and spatial understanding Effective communication & teamwork A learning mindset and ability to take initiative Basic site knowledge is a plus What Success Looks Like : Taking ownership of tasks and gradually leading small segments of projects Delivering design and documentation work on time with attention to detail Contributing ideas that improve design outcomes or process efficiency Receiving positive feedback from team members, clients, or vendors 💰 Compensation & Benefits : Fixed Salary: ₹12,000–₹15,000 Performance-based Bonus: ₹0–₹9,000 Probation Period: 2 months at ₹8,000 fixed pay Lunch Provided | 6-day work week | Second Saturday off 1 Casual + 1 Sick Leave per month Show more Show less
