As a Jr Analyst in the Travel Business department at Sciative, you will play a crucial role in revenue maximization and customer success by quickly identifying opportunities and making informed decisions based on core business understanding. Your responsibilities will include: - Revenue Maximization and Customer Success: Proactively identify opportunities for revenue maximization and ensure customer satisfaction by making quick decisions. - Monitoring day-to-day business: Efficiently perform all assigned tasks and be flexible to switch between different responsibilities as directed by the supervisor. - Problem Identification and Solutions: Identify existing issues within the infrastructure and develop strategies to address them effectively. - Planning focused campaigns: Create and execute campaigns and health checks to ensure that our products and services are being utilized optimally by clients to enhance their lifetime value [LTV]. In addition to your day-to-day responsibilities, you will be expected to possess the following qualifications and skills: - Microsoft Excel proficiency ranging from beginner to intermediate level. - Quick decision-making abilities. - Effective communication skills. - Self-learner with a high level of curiosity and the ability to work with minimal supervision. - Entrepreneurial mindset with a positive attitude. - Team player with a keen orientation to detail. - Strong time management skills. - Analytical and critical thinking capabilities. - Understanding of customer behavioral aspects and business principles.
