Jr Accountant

Job Description: As a Junior Accountant at our company, you will play a crucial role in supporting the finance team with daily accounting tasks. Your attention to detail and motivation will be key in ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports. - Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process. - Maintain general ledger accounts and reconcile bank statements. - Support month-end and year-end close processes. - Support audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards. - Prepare journal entries, expense reports, and assist with budget tracking. - Maintain accurate documentation and filing of financial records. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial data accuracy. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. - Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. - Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. - Ability to work well in a team environment.
