Job Description

Junior Accountant

Position: Junior Accountant

Department: Accounts

Reporting To: Senior Accountant / Accounts Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Daily sales, purchase, and expense entries in accounting software (Tally/ERP).
Maintaining accurate records of invoices, vouchers, and financial documents.
Handling bank entries, reconciliations, and petty cash management.
Assisting in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance work.
Supporting month-end closing and preparing basic financial reports.
Coordinating with vendors and internal teams for payment follow-ups and clarifications.
Ensuring all data is updated, organized, and error-free.

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
Experience with Tally/ERP preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and MS Excel skills.
Qualification: B.Com/Commerce background preferred.
Experience: 0–2 years (Fresher can also apply).
