Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Executive to manage daily journal entries and payment receipt entries. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial record-keeping, support internal audits, and maintain compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

Record daily journal entries for all financial transactions, including purchases, expenses, and adjustments.
Enter and verify payment receipts from customers, vendors, and other sources.
Maintain and reconcile cash and bank ledgers on a daily basis.
Ensure all entries are compliant with company policies and accounting standards.
Assist in monthly closing and preparation of financial reports.
Coordinate with internal departments to gather supporting documents for entries.
Support audits by providing accurate and timely documentation.
Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
1–3 years of experience in journal entry and receipt management.
Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, or accounting software.
Strong understanding of double-entry bookkeeping.
Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Pay: From ₹13,000.00 per month
