Jr. Accountant

About the Company

Ai Nexa Tech LLP is a leading wholesale and retail electronics company, dealing in a wide range of consumer and industrial electronic products. We are now looking for a Junior Accountant to join our growing team and support our daily financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate books of accounts including ledgers, journals, and vouchers.
• Handle day-to-day accounting transactions (sales, purchases, expenses, bank entries, etc.).
• Prepare and verify invoices, bills, and receipts.
• Assist in preparing financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss accounts.
• Perform bank reconciliations and manage petty cash.
• Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings.
• Coordinate with auditors and vendors for account-related queries.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance.
• 0–2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping (Freshers can apply).
• Basic knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting principles.
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, and basic tax compliance (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
