About the Company Ai Nexa Tech LLP is a leading wholesale and retail electronics company , dealing in a wide range of consumer and industrial electronic products. We are now looking for a Junior Accountant to join our growing team and support our daily financial operations. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate books of accounts including ledgers, journals, and vouchers. Handle day-to-day accounting transactions (sales, purchases, expenses, bank entries, etc.). Prepare and verify invoices, bills, and receipts. Assist in preparing financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss accounts. Perform bank reconciliations and manage petty cash. Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings. Coordinate with auditors and vendors for account-related queries. Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance . 0–2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping (Freshers can apply). Basic knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting principles . Good understanding of GST, TDS, and basic tax compliance (preferred). Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
