Job Description

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound voice calls from international (US) customers
Resolve healthcare service-related inquiries efficiently and professionally
Maintain high-quality service standards and ensure accurate documentation
Follow process protocols and compliance standards
Collaborate with internal teams as required for escalations or issue resolution

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduates or undergraduates with strong English communication skills
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Must be willing to work in US rotational shifts with rotational weekly offs

Important Note:

Candidates with AR Calling, non-voice, or backend experience are NOT eligible
Only candidates with
voice process experience
(if experienced) will be considered
