Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

  • Provide technical support for Mitel administration and VOIP issues.
  • Administer ACD call tracking boards for IT Help Desk, MaRC, SAC, and W2 Hotline.
  • Work on acquisitions to migrate employees onto the new Mitel system.
  • Offer 2/3 level support for all VOIP issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Job Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of telecom engineering and administration.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with Mitel systems and ACD call tracking is required.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
