Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Provide technical support for Mitel administration and VOIP issues.
Administer ACD call tracking boards for IT Help Desk, MaRC, SAC, and W2 Hotline.
Work on acquisitions to migrate employees onto the new Mitel system.
Offer 2/3 level support for all VOIP issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of telecom engineering and administration.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Experience with Mitel systems and ACD call tracking is required.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
