Job Summary: We're seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to manage our reception area and provide administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and employees, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-maintained - Greet visitors, employees, and clients with a smile and provide excellent customer service - Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries - Assist with housekeeping and maintenance requests - Oversee the use of office facilities, including the locker room and ensure that employees' belongings are secure - Handle employee queries, concerns, and requests, escalating issues to management as needed - Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as required - Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to relevant personnel - Manage the reception area's general administrative tasks, such as maintaining records and databases - Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere in the reception area Requirements: - Friendly and approachable demeanor - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks - Basic administrative skills, including data entry and record-keeping - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information What We Offer: - Opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing organization - Collaborative and supportive team environment - Professional development and growth opportunities If you're a motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills, we'd love to hear from you!
