Job Summary: We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Store Incharge to manage the inventory and logistics of raw materials and agricultural equipment. The role involves receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining accurate records of all stock, while supporting quality control and procurement functions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Receive and inspect incoming raw materials and agricultural equipment for quality and quantity. 2. Store and label materials and equipment systematically to ensure easy access and safety. 3. Issue materials to the production team as per requirement, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. 4. Maintain optimal inventory levels and identify slow-moving or obsolete stock. 5. Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies. 6. Work closely with the procurement team for timely purchase and supplier coordination. 7. Report any quality issues or defects in materials immediately. 8. Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety in the store area. 9. Update and manage inventory records regularly. 10. Assist in managing supplier relationships and ensuring policy compliance.
