As a Field Sales Executive at Paytm, you will be responsible for onboarding and servicing merchants, promoting Paytm's suite of payment solutions (QR codes, Soundbox, EDC machines), and driving adoption and transactions at ground level. Key Responsibilities: Visit local shops, markets, and business establishments to onboard merchants to the Paytm ecosystem. Sell and activate Paytm products like QR Code, Soundbox, and EDC (card swipe) machines. Ensure seamless installation and training of merchants on using Paytm services. Achieve daily/monthly targets for merchant acquisition and transactions. Maintain strong relationships with merchants for repeat business and referrals. Collect feedback and insights from the field to improve products and services. Ensure timely reporting through CRM or assigned reporting tools. Eligibility Criteria: Minimum Qualification: 10th / 12th pass or Graduate. Experience: 0–2 years in field sales (Freshers with good communication skills can apply). Two-wheeler and Android smartphone mandatory. Skills Required: Good communication and convincing skills. Strong sales and negotiation ability. Job Description: We are seeking a seasoned SCM with proven experience in Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM) projects and a strong background in Service Management The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in managing service contracts, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, and ensuring delivery as per agreed SLAs. This role involves getting work executed through vendor or partner employees, ensuring performance and compliance throughout the contract lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end management of service contracts including vendor identification, onboarding, execution, monitoring, and closure Oversee and drive service delivery by coordinating with vendor or partner employees, ensuring work completion as per defined SLAs Act as the primary liaison between Business Units and the SCM team to ensure alignment, timely execution, and contract adherence Monitor performance of service vendors/partners and ensure compliance with contractual obligations Ensure timely reporting and tracking of deliverables, documentation, and progress updates Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, legal, and project management for contract governance Handle procurement planning, vendor development, service quality assurance, and risk mitigation Maintain project documentation, MIS, dashboards, and budget tracking for service-related engagements Ensure compliance with organizational policies and statutory norms Must possess deep knowledge of Jal Jeevan Mission guidelines, execution frameworks, documentation standards, and supply chain expectations Manage multiple internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment Required Skills and Experience: Bachelors degree in Engineering / Supply Chain / Business or a related field (MBA preferred) Minimum 10 years of experience in Project Management and Supply Chain Management with a focus on service contracts Mandatory experience in managing projects under Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM) Strong experience in getting work executed through vendor employees , ensuring SLA compliance Excellent stakeholder management, project coordination, and communication skills Strong analytical and negotiation skills Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP / Oracle preferred) Experience in vendor management, procurement, and contract lifecycle governance
