As a Graphic Designer at VTPL, you'll be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and delivering a wide range of digital assets including social media graphics, marketing materials, website UI/UX designs, and dynamic video reels. You will be expected to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring creativity, brand alignment, and timely delivery. Key Responsibilities: Design engaging creatives for social media , digital marketing , campaigns , and website interfaces . Develop compelling video reels with strong VFX and editing, especially for F&B, Fashion, Education, and Engineering sectors. Translate briefs and brand guidelines into high-quality visual content. Collaborate closely with marketing, development, and content teams. Use tools such as Figma , Canva , Photoshop , and Illustrator to produce final deliverables. Apply UI/UX principles to design intuitive and user-friendly layouts. Stay updated with current design trends, creative tools, and AI-based design enhancements. Handle multiple projects and tight deadlines without compromising on creativity or quality. Candidate Profile: 13 years of professional experience in graphic and digital design. Must have a strong portfolio showcasing relevant design work. Self-driven with the ability to ideate and execute independently . Proficient in Figma, Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop , and video editing tools. Ability to understand and apply typography, color theory, and layout design effectively. Strong communication skills and team collaboration across departments.
