Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement training programs to build competencies and performance enhancement for employees across various levels.
  • Conduct compliance trainings to ensure adherence to company policies, laws, and regulations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop targeted solutions.
  • Design and deliver leadership development programs to improve team building, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of training initiatives through evaluation metrics.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 8-11 years of experience in Learning & Development or related field (Skill Development).
  • MBA/PGDM degree from a reputable institution (Any Specialization).
  • Strong understanding of distribution build-up, enabling stakeholders, building competencies & performance enhancement.
  • Proven track record in business impact activities such as compliance training.
