Job Title: Executive Assistant to the Director Location: Hillwoods Academy Primary School (HAPS), Noida Reports to: Director Job Summary: We are seeking a sharp, business-minded Executive Assistant to support the Director of Hillwoods Group of Institutions. This is a full-time role based out of the Hillwoods Academy Primary School (HAPS) campus in Noida where the selected candidate will assist in scaling operations, driving growth, and managing cross-functional tasks across administration, HR, marketing, finance, and school operations. This is not a clerical role itโs for someone who understands business systems and is eager to be part of a high-growth, mission-driven education group. โธป Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic & Operational Support โข Support the Director in implementing initiatives across school management, admissions, budgeting, and compliance โข Track progress of key projects, flag delays, and ensure timely execution โข Assist in strategic planning, including analysis, documentation, and dashboards 2. Business & Administration โข Work across HR, finance, marketing, and procurement functions to coordinate day-to-day activity โข Maintain internal documentation, reports, trackers, and meeting records โข Support audits, inspections, vendor management, and compliance processes 3. Marketing & Growth Execution โข Assist with digital campaigns, event planning, and outreach drives โข Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors on branding and lead generation efforts โข Track admissions data and help optimize admissions funnel performance 4.
