Dietician / Nutritionist

We are seeking a compassionate, proactive, and communication-driven Patient Care & Treatment Executive to deliver treatments, counsel patients, and ensure smooth patient follow-ups. The candidate will also assist in treatment delivery, manage patient communication, support in sales calls, and actively contribute to patient satisfaction through structured feedback and counseling. 🧩 Key Responsibilities: 🎯 Treatment & Clinical Support Deliver assigned treatments/therapies to patients as per clinical protocol Ensure timely, safe, and effective delivery of therapy Assist doctors and Nursing staff during patient sessions if required 🗣 Patient Counselling & Education Counsel patients regarding their treatment plans, diet, and lifestyle modifications Clarify doubts related to the therapy or diet protocol Provide motivation and continuous support to ensure patient compliance 🥗 Diet & Lifestyle Monitoring Regularly track and review patient diet plans Coordinate with doctors if modifications are needed Update patient records with dietary progress and challenges 📞 Sales & Communication Make follow-up sales calls to new and interested patients Explain treatment plans, pricing, and benefits to prospective clients Help convert inquiries into consultations and paying clients 🔁 Follow-Up & Feedback Make periodic follow-up calls to ensure patient satisfaction and engagement Collect structured feedback through forms and calls Record patient testimonials and success stories via video (with consent)
