Key Responsibilities IT Recruitment Leadership : Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles across multiple domains, ensuring timely and quality hires. Team Management : Lead, mentor, and guide a team of recruiters to achieve individual and team hiring targets. Client Communication : Act as the primary point of contact for client interactions, understanding their staffing needs and aligning recruitment efforts with business goals. Strategic Sourcing : Identify and engage top technical talent using innovative sourcing strategies, job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks. Screening & Evaluation : Oversee candidate screening, assess technical competencies, and ensure cultural fit through structured interviews and assessments. Salary Negotiation : Lead compensation discussions with candidates, balancing candidate expectations and client budgets. Interview Coordination : Supervise and manage interview scheduling, feedback collection, and seamless coordination between candidates and clients. Offer Management : Prepare and negotiate competitive job offers in alignment with client requirements and market benchmarks. Recruitment Analytics : Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize processes and present insights to internal leadership and clients. Process Improvement : Continuously refine recruitment strategies and workflows to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Key Skills & Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in IT recruitment with a focus on agency environments. Proven expertise in managing recruitment teams and driving performance. Strong client relationship management skills with the ability to handle escalations and provide consultative support. Deep understanding of technical roles, technologies, and industry trends.
