Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information on products/services offered by the company to customers.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell relevant products/services based on customer needs.
  • Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-5 years of experience in calling center environment (healthcare BPO preferred).
  • Strong communication skills with excellent verbal/written English proficiency.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Basic knowledge of health insurance industry would be an added advantage.
