Key Job Responsibilities Customer Championship Maintain regular & continuous relationship with existing and potential customers. Candidate should have following minimum experience: 1. Design of Vessels/Columns/Reactors/Coke drums/Ammonia converter etc. 2. Mechanical design of Pressure vessels as per ASME VIII Div.1 2, IRB Standards. 3. Familiar with specifications standard of reputed process licensors /client in refinery. 4. Detailed Engineering of vessels including material ordering specifications. 5. Understanding of basic mechanical design principles theories of failures etc. 6. Alteast 1 year of experience in design of pressure vessel. 7. Preparation of material purchaser specification based on ASME, API NACE Standards. 8. Experience of making technical clarifications, proposal. 9. Should able to work on multiple enquiries in pre-bid. ------

Roles Responsibility - Assembly Supervisor Responsible for day-to-day assembly and production operations on the shop floor. To Ensure that production targets are met efficiently, safely, and in compliance with quality standards. Supervise and coordinate assembly/production line activities and personnel. Assign tasks and monitor performance to ensure production goals are achieved. Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies. Monitor quality of assembled components/products and take corrective actions as needed. Maintain production schedules and ensure timely completion of work orders. Track and report daily production metrics and downtime. Implement and support 5S or other process improvement initiatives Knowledge of electrical insulation materials and electrical winding techniques (transformers, motors, coils) is an advantage. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings. Proficiency with MS Office and ERP/MRP systems.

Responsible for overall Plant Engineering which comprises of dedicated / special purpose / general purpose equipments like CNC HBM, VTL, HMC, Gantry Plano Millers (Large size), CNC 5 a Responsible for planning of Preventive and Predictive Maintenance and its implementation. Responsible for chacking correction of geometrical acuracies of CNC machines Ensuring the plant availability of more than 98 % of all the machines in the plant. Guide the team in implementation of autonomous maintenance, TPM, OEE, Kaizen, 5S and other bench marking practices prevailing in similar heavy machinery organization. Ensuring that installation and operations conform to standards and customer requirements by preparing electrical systems specifications, technical drawings, or topographical maps. Ensuring compliance with specifications, codes, or customer requirements by directing or coordinating installation, manufacturing, construction, maintenance, documentation, support, or te Writing reports and compiling data regarding existing and potential electrical engineering projects and studies. Preparing specifications for purchases of electrical equipment and materials. Supervising or training team members. Estimating material, labor, or construction costs for budget preparation. Maintaining electrical equipment. Working with a variety of technicians.

Conversant with various codes: ASME Boiler & PV and B31 Piping Codes, AWS, API. Understanding of welding planning inputs (Weld & Test Plan, WPS, PQR, WPQT, consumables estimation, PWHT procedures) Welding Process & equipment familiar with GTAW,SMAW,SAW,GMAW, FCAW Working experience in Oil & Gas Refineries/ Fertilizers/ Petrochemicals plants in domestic/ middle east countries is preferred On site execution experience mainly in cladding techniques & piping fabrication Understanding of welding quality controls & measures in process plant equipment & piping fabrication additional CSWIP/ IWE certifications is preferred

A person with Diploma in mechanical engineering /metallurgy background with minimum Ultrasonic Testing (UT) & Radiographic Testing (RT) level II qualification and having good knowledge of NDE techniques. Thorough knowledge of NDE techniques, UT in particular is required. The person shall also have good hands-on experience in Ultrasonic inspection of welds preferably of pressure vessel. Knowledge of advanced NDE methods of PAUT and TOFD is considered added advantage. Person to be familiar with Pressure Vessel manufacturing and NDE. Knowledge of ASME codes and standards is desirable. Job Description include: Performing Ultrasonic inspection of welds of pressure vessels and other components. Preparation of reports. Preparation of technique sheets, procedures and calibration block drawings. Radiographic Testing Film review, techniques sheet review and procedure preparation. Overall NDE planning and execution of NDE activities. Interaction and coordinating with customers.
