Job Title: Skills Manager Location: Motihari, Bihar Experience Required: 2–3 years in Skill Development or a similar domain Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month Bike: Own bike is mandatory Job Description: We are hiring a Skills Manager to oversee and drive the success of our Skill Development Center in Motihari, Bihar. The ideal candidate should have technical and hardware knowledge, strong mobilization and admission-handling experience, and must ensure smooth operations of all skilling activities. Key Responsibilities: Admissions & Mobilization Drive admissions through local outreach and mobilization activities Ensure daily/weekly admission targets are met Address low admission count issues with strategic interventions Technical Oversight Possess sound knowledge of technical trades and basic hardware systems Support trainers and students with hands-on guidance Center Operations Manage day-to-day operations at the center Supervise and guide the DSM (District Skill Manager) in executing responsibilities Ensure DRCC (District Registration Cum Counselling) process reset and compliance Retention & Dropout Management Take proactive steps to ensure no student dropouts Counsel students and parents to maintain attendance and engagement Track and resolve absenteeism or drop-out indicators Reporting & Documentation Maintain all necessary documentation related to mobilization, admissions, and student tracking Generate periodic reports and updates to management ✅ Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in skill development/education/mobilization roles Good understanding of technical & hardware in Computers. Strong communication and leadership skills Must own a bike for field visits and mobilization work Preferred Qualities: Local candidates from Motihari or nearby regions Proactive and field-oriented mindset Capable of working independently and leading from the front Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: Up to ₹420,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
