Drive accountability within the team for target achievement, reporting discipline, and field coverage. ๐ค Qualifications & Experience: Education: Graduate in Life Sciences / Biotechnology / Microbiology / Pharmacy. MBA in Sales/Marketing is preferred. Experience: Minimum 5โ8 years of experience in B2B sales in healthcare/diagnostics/pharma industry, with at least 2โ3 years in a managerial role.
