Job Description

Learn and Understand Product Range: Get trained on all products (sofas, mattresses, cots, etc.) to confidently explain their features, materials, and uses to customers. Assist in Customer Walk-ins: Greet walk-in customers, note their requirements, and guide them to the right product section, escalating to the Assistant Sales Manager when needed. Support Customization Discussions: Observe and later assist in explaining basic customization options (like color, size, and fabric), under supervision. Maintain Product Display Areas: Ensure the display products are clean, well-arranged, and presentable. Replace display items under guidance when necessary. Record Customer Details and Inquiries: Maintain basic logs of customer visits, inquiries, and preferences in the store's tracking system or diary as trained. Participate in Feedback Collection and Follow-ups: Learn how to take feedback from customers politely and help with follow-up calls or messages as instructed by the team.
