The Recovery Cum Collection Executive will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships and ensuring timely collections. This dual-role position involves both business development and collections responsibilities, aimed at maximizing growth and maintaining financial stability. Business Development: Identify and acquire new clients through various channels, including referrals, networking, and market research. Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and foster loyalty. Promote the company’s chit fund schemes and services to potential clients, explaining the benefits and features.
