Job Description: We are looking to onboard a Qualified or Semi-Qualified Company Secretary with adequate practical experience and a strong understanding of company law compliance and statutory filings. The role will focus exclusively on company-related filings and compliance matters . Key Responsibilities: Handling ROC compliance and MCA filings (Form INC, DIR, AOC, MGT, etc.) Drafting board resolutions, notices, and minutes as per regulatory requirements Maintaining statutory registers and records Incorporation of companies, LLPs, and related modifications Filing of annual returns, event-based filings, and other statutory submissions Advising clients on routine company law matters Coordinating with clients to gather necessary documents and approvals for filings Candidate Profile: Qualification: CS Qualified or Semi-Qualified with relevant work experience Sound knowledge of Companies Act, 2013 and MCA portal operations Ability to independently handle company law-related compliance Good communication and documentation skills Candidates are welcome to take up independent assignments or manage personal client work outside of their responsibilities with the firm. Follow up with clients post-delivery to ensure satisfaction and explore upselling opportunities. Marketing Responsibilities: Assist in planning and executing city-based marketing campaigns (3-5-7 day field visits). Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer needs. Represent Sevana at industry expos, trade fairs, and dealer events. Collaborate with the digital marketing team to promote products through social media, WhatsApp, email campaigns, and product videos. Contribute to the creation of brochures, case studies, and customer testimonials. Requirements:Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but all can apply. Experience: 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial equipment, capital goods, or packaging machinery. Freshers with strong technical aptitude and communication skills may also apply. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand and explain technical products.
