Maintain detailed records of chemical usage, test results, and process improvements. Generate reports on process performance, safety, and quality metrics for review by management. 8. Training and Knowledge Sharing Provide training to production staff on chemical processes, safety protocols, and best practices. Share knowledge of chemical treatments, water purification methods, and new innovations within the team to promote continuous improvement. 9. Cost Optimization Evaluate chemical usage and recommend cost-effective alternatives or process adjustments to reduce operational expenses without compromising quality.
