Collaborating with insurance adjusters and financial services. Financial Management: Managing budgets, expenses, and financial targets. Preparing reports and performance metrics for management. Leadership and Development: Motivating and leading the team of technicians. Conducting training sessions and resolving personnel issues. Staying updated with industry trends and technologies. Required Skills: Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Technical knowledge of automotive body repair. Responsibilities: Performs road tests for diagnosis of clients’ complaint and verification of repair; Performs other duties as assigned; Works as a team along with the Service Advisors communicating clients’ vehicle needs; Attends manufacturer specific training classes; Performs line technician services, routine inspections/maintenance, system diagnostics, and full automotive troubleshooting and testing; Continuously expand your knowledge for new technologies and practice; Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment; Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
